We are looking for volunteers or groups to serve tea after the second service of
each Sunday. If you or your group are interested, then please contact
the Church Office.
ANNUAL SOCIETY MEETING
The Annual Society Meeting is on Wednesday 15 February at 19:30.
Those people responsible for completing the Annual Society Reports, please do so,
and hand it in at the office by Friday 4 February 2012.
We need to collate these reports and have it ready for the meeting.
SILVER LININGS
We warmly warmly invite you to join us for Valentine's Tea, a fun-filled and special morning
to be held on Thursday on 9 February 2012 from 10:00 to 12:00 in the
Bergvliet Methodist Church Hall. Please wear something approoriate.

HARVEST FESTIVAL
Harvest Festival -- this will be held on Saturday 18 February from 03:00 to 17:30 pm.
Bring your contribution of fresh, packaged and tinned foods
and help to decorate the Church for Harvest Festival Sunday.
We will have a water-slide for the children, and refreshments and boerewors rolls are for sale.
COME AND BE PART OF THIS FAMILY FUN EVENT!
Usable electronic goods will be harvested for needy charities, and
the food is used in BMC feeding ministries and donated to the Heatherdale Children’s homes.
MEN'S BREAKFAST
Join us for fellowship and planning for 2012!
Date: Saturday 25 February 2012 time: 08:00 for 08:30.
The cost will be R30,00 per person.
